Where do we deliver?

Our delivery service covers a number of Countries and we have separated into three zones

Zone A

UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man.

Zone B

Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican City.

Zone C

Australia, Bahamas, Bahrain, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, New Zealand, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, United Arab Emirates ,Virgin Islands and USA


How much does the delivery cost and how long will it take?

Our table for the UK is based on sending a parcel up to 5 Items if this weight is exceeded then the delivery cost will increase pro rata.

Please note any UK Express orders received after 1pm from Monday to Thursday, will be carried over to the next working day. For orders received on a Friday or during a weekend, these orders will be shipped on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.

We have a limit of 5 items for each international delivery.



What happens if my order comes over two deliveries - am I expected to pay postage twice?

No, you only pay one lot of postage per order, regardless of how many parcels we send out to you.


UK Deliveries: What if I'm not in when you make a delivery?

Royal Mail who delivers your order will leave a card saying they've called, but no one was at home. There will be a card to advise that your parcel can be collected or re delivered.


What happens if I return my order?

UK Returns

We are pleased to offer a FREE RETURNS SERVICE. All you need to do to return the goods is attach your free returns label to your parcel (you should have received this label with your order) and take it to your local post office. We recommend that you obtain a proof of delivery from the post office just in case the parcel gets lost. If your returned item is received within the 28 day return policy we will credit your account for the garment only and not the initial delivery cost.

Once we have received the goods back we aim to process all exchanges and refunds within 5 working days.

International Returns

We offer a refund policy for our overseas customer, please note that we cannot refund the initial cost of shipping and it is the overseas customer responsibility to pay for the returned parcel which we advise to insure and send with a traceable system. The goods must be received back in our premises within the 28day return policy.

Please note any returned items received within the 28 days must be in good condition.
